Moodr Health was founded through Intermed Labs, a startup venture studio committed to driving advancements in health innovation. To bring Moodr to life, M&S Consulting joined the effort, leveraging their expertise to develop the cutting-edge technology behind the platform. Together, they created an innovative, first-of-its-kind digital solution that is transforming mental health care.
The Moodr Health platform has been customized for multiple clients with a wide spectrum of focuses including Perinatal Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Student Health and Wellness, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Stress-Related Disorders, Social Determinants of Health (Closed-loop Referrals), Rural Health, and Grief.
Now, M&S Consulting, based in Morgantown, WV, is proud to implement the platform for its own employees—marking Moodr Health’s first venture into supporting a broad workforce population.

Through simple text messaging and mental health surveys, employees receive real-time communication and resources from trained Wellness Coaches.
